It feels more like a console game than a MMO so a controller felt right at home. I had my friend set his crap over here up to let me play with a controller for a bit during CB so I dont know how to get it ready, but I felt more at home with a controller than my mouse and keyboard.

My opinion the game is VERY fun.... but its an action game so to me they get boring pretty fast with just the constant button mashing and are better in short burst of play compared to playing a "normal" rpg mmo long term... but then again it may just be me.

It can be a bit tedious and annoying with the normal mobs in dungeons but then again alot of MMO's refer to them as just "trash mobs" which is what they are.... just trash to knock down and beat up for fun. The bosses on the other hand are VERY VERY fun especially on the second boat. Shit gets hard later on from some videos ive seen to and require a party/some tactic (like normal mabinogi)

My favorite would have to be the polar bear boss so far >.>

Yea thats how i feel about games like this button mashing gets boring quick, thats why i am excited about TERA its like a mix of WoW gamepley + FFXIV graphics + Vindictus battle style.. thats a dream mmo.

Butyeah if your friend remembers the site or the guide he found it would be great.

360 controller set up is easy. I believe Vindictus as gamepad support already but if you want to set it up before the game opens. Download Xpadder or Joy2Key, I personally prefer Xpadder for its easier UI, then set each button to the key/mouse click.

So your saying that Vindictus might already have an option for this? meaning i wont need Xpadder?

I plan to hook up my PS2 controller while playing this. With the control scheme feeling a lot like Monster Hunter, it's a done deal.
    Currently playing:
    Warframe
    Overwatch

So, all i have to do is wait for release? and the game will automatically detect my 360 controller without a program?

Or are the programs more responsive? better to use?
