Ok, this is a workout guide for a real man. You have to be tough as shit to do this, so don't try it if you're not.
1. Drink like infinity beers
2. Sprint like crazy around the block
3. Stop to puke after the first 100 feet
4. Try to sprint again, but keep puking, and slow to a walk
5. Sit down
6. Find a blender, and put your fist in there
7. Turn the blender on its lowest setting
8. Resist the blades
9. Wake up at 1 PM the next day, with a bloody fist in a blender
10. Take a power nap
11. Jog home
Repeat this every few days for maximum effect.
