Some PC/Laptop advice needed

Im a complete noob when it comes to computer hardware granted i've done some research on stuff but im bad at making choices. The thing is my current computer sucks really badly so im not sure what to get i need a good laptop that can run some games and does not having a heating problem and please no AMD cause AMD does not mix well with this country sadly

i found this laptop not sure how good it is though:

other then that i've looked at some Viao models but im not really sure what to go for.

Besides that Desktop-wise i found this set-up but im not so sure if its good:

Intel Core i5-750 2.66GHz 95W Quad-Core
ASUS Rampage MB
4 GB Ram
2 SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5770 1GB in crossfire

Anyways any critique, advice, links would be awesome

yea im willing to build it myself also got a buddy who would be able to if i cant so thats not a big problem also thanks for those links interesting options for 1k laptops pale in comparison to those
