Outspark definitely is one of the worst f2p publishers. After having played divine souls in a cb weeks ago I decided to give it another go as I remembered receiving an email about it last week. Turns out it was another cb, the game is currently down (I assume, their site isn't exactly clear on that) and there's no info about a next cb (how many cbs do you need? like all asian mmorpgs this is just a translation of an already working version) or ob.
Meanwhile vindictus is knocking at the front door and both are exactly the same type of game.
It actually seems as if outspark's ceo has no intention of earning any profit. He's practically griefing/trolling asian f2p developers by paying for the licenses to distribute their games in the english market and then purposely screwing up all steps of the marketing/release process resulting in everyone disliking said game. Then months or a year later outspark cancels the license and the original devs have a game that's aged, already been introduced in the english market and labeled as a failure by the community due to outsparks missmanagement. See the whole blackshot ordeal and now divine souls.
