FF14 fast question

Is blacksmith hard to play for a beginner ??

and what world is best to pick ?

Blacksmiths are a crafting class, you don't fight with it. Throughout the beginning quests you'll end up being each of the crafters at one time or another.

Your world is just the server so it doesn't really matter unless theres people you want to play with.

I know Im sorry but I wanted a fast awnser so I could start playing but I had to pick the class my self anyway >< picked blacksmith so I will do no battle at all ?

1. Pick a battle class as a main
2. Use items that you find while playing said main to level blacksmith
3. ????
4. Profit!

At least, that's how it came across to me. If you actually have to fight stuff to level artisan levels...well that's just lame.

You don't need another character to level blacksmith, just change your class to blacksmith, or other crafting classes,or even other combat classes, 1 character can do all of it

Yep, to switch classes all you have to do is switch weapons.

so if I can switch classes you to change weapon why do I need to pick class when I make my char ?

Because the you get to save the gils on one type of weapon + you get armor that is proficient to your current battle/craft class.

Yeah as said, you could start with a battle class so you get a weapon for the starting quests. But as you don't seem to know you can work/be any class you want to at the same time. If you equip a hammer, your a blacksmith. Equip a sword you sword, your a Gladiator, a fishing pole and your a fisher...

is there any damn Weapons in FF14 I know there is Market ward but I can not find any one selling a singel Sword nor can I find a npc selling more than armor ??
