Gaming Desktop

Hey guys, I need help(Of course lol).

I have a strict budget now, and need help getting a desktop AROUND 600(so loosely 700). I want to be able to play Black Ops on like at least medium, but am pretty lost in this industry.

If possible, could one of you guys link me a desktop that is like 600 dollars that would be able to do that? If not, could you guys link me to parts of a desktop that can all be added together to do so?(since premade desktops are more expensive)

this might be helpful (though probably a bit out of date, and not specifically geared towards your game, although Napoleon Total War is pretty high end)
