    Default Graphics Card Help

Well my Graphics card started to stop working in the middle of games all of a sudden and I also noticed when I took it out that the fan just doesn't work anymore. What Should I do? Should I give up on the Card and buy a new one or is there a way to fix it?

The card is a BFG nVidia GeForce 9500GT

Did it come with your computer or did you put it in yourself? Also did you try cleaning it? o-o Might just be dust or w/e stopping the fan.

Easy fix = Buy a new one.

I bought the Card and I tend to clean my Comp every 2 - 3 months. The weird thing is it was fine a Month ago and I didn't use my Comp for a whole month.

Time for a new card if the fan is dead. I had a BFG card and oddly enough the fans are not covered by the warranty. You can get a good card, just depends on your budget and specs.

Damn I was hoping I didn't have to buy a new card.

Does anyone know any good cards within the price range of $80 - $120.

PowerCooler ATI Radeon 5750, should be able to play almost anything as a reasonable resolution and only $125 or you can get a ATI 4850 for about $100 now.

Sadly BFG went out of business a while ago....
