nothing to compare one piece is by far the best shonen out there ... but these 3 are the most popular shonen jump anime/mangas ...

naruto is my favorite and seems least childish to me :P i used to like one piece but some of those arcs are kinda boring and characters can really work on my nerves.. like that big shadow dude having to say 'kishishishishi!' all the time, luffy having to say 'AAAACEEE!' a milion times in each episode, that candle guy having to scream in the most over exaggerated way what just happens like 10 times each episode. more characters got habits like this which just annoy me and it seems childish really.(and another way to fill those 20 minuts of anime...) its like watching an episode of dora dora xD one piece wasnt always like this, it used to be better.

i dont hear characters in naruto scream the same things for 10 times in each episode. well maybe it happens in a few episodes but not as much that it starts to work on my nerves yet like one piece does. :P

There might be the word sasuke in every naruto anime episode but most definitely not the manga.
In fact lately they haven't even mentioned sauske's name even once lol.
That being said, I still like OP and Naruto equally.

I don't really love any of those but whatever, of those three it would be:

Bleach is not that a bad show its good wonder why people hates it. Manga bleach probaly far better then the anime if people hates the anime should read that. Naurto is not that good either i hate the main characters thier annoying.

for me i think it goes (all based on the anime series not the mangas)
1 one piece (cause its really amazing right now and has been for sometime)
2 bleach (also awesome but loses some points for too much filler as people said but i really think some of the characters in bleach are cool as hell so that's a plus)
at least i feel like i kind of know the characters from bleach where as a lot of current big characters from one piece are still a mystery for the most part and we are just now getting to see them in a bit of action)
3 naruto (hmmm i like naruto ok and with the toad business lately its been pretty cool it has its moments for sure (note i stopped watching after the "pain" arc
i feel like both bleach and naruto are getting closer to ending (but you never know)
but i don't feel like one piece is going anywhere anytime soon (but i could be wrong about that) i mean with the way one piece is set up there's so many things that could happen on the grand line the story feels massive and that on top of cool characters, witty humor (buggy gets me laughing so hard sometimes in the current arc) and some REALLY dramatic moments are what makes it awesome

i still think hunter x hunter is probably my favorite shonen of all but the guy is always on hiatus and stuff while one piece consistently comes out with awesome stories so i don't know if its a tie for 1st for me personally between those two (ill probably still give it to hxh)
(all you guys who like shonen that have not seen hunter x hunter, go watch it! it gets more and more awesome as it goes on imo (and make sure you watch the OVA's in the proper order cause they continue the story after the anime)

I don't watch the anime of any of these (except One Piece occasionally) and only read the mangas. I can safely say that Bleach sucks major balls compared to OP and Naruto. I dunno even why I feel like this but Bleach is always the first one I read weekly because it's the "meh" of them all.
Then again if I were to put my WSJ favourites in order it'd rather be:
1. One Piece
2. Bakuman
3. Naruto
4. Katekyo Hitman Reborn!
5. Bleach

yeah...
anyway i think our prefs have something to do with our age.. like.. i think if i were younger id like bleach most because its packed full with action and i wouldnt look as much to the bad storyline. but also one piece because the type of humor beeing used will probably most suited for the younger viewers. (even though it still gets me now and then :P). naruto seem to be disliked by younger people mostly because whenever i hear something negative about it its along the lines of 'gay' or 'emo' and other immature comments without seeing any valid reason to hate on it.
i kinda look at it like this.
bleach - most action out of 3 - worst storyline - cheesy humor = young people like it.
one piece - lot of action - interesting fantasy storyline - sometimes funny, sometimes cheesy humor = lot of people like it but might get lesser as u get older.
naruto - not always action - best/most mature storyline imo - not much humor = hard for young people to get into but great for older viewers (15-25 i'd said)
bottomline, lets just respect eachothers opinion cause even though you like bleach now and hate naruto it might be the other way arround in a few years :P
some people might disagree with this but thats just how i see it lol. theres also the fact that these anime seem to change everytime, like bleach started out pretty nice but slowly turned immature, naruto started a little bit childish but became more mature in shippuuden. one piece its hard to tell, one arc is more mature/immature then the other and since everyone grew older in the manga now i expect it to become more suited for older people again which can make our top 3 change too :P
oh btw im not rating these anime on the ammount of fillers they have/had. fillers dont count and should be skipped no matter what :P

I went into this anime stuff around 4-5 years ago when I was 13-14 years old respectively. I started with all 3 shounen listed here. The first was OP and the first impression was nothing special you know, but as I kept watching I got more attached to it and I just can't seem to get my eyes off of it. I've rewatched all the episodes 2 times from 1-latest and it still is appealing to me.
