    Default Notebook to TV.

    When I had Windows 7 I could connect my notebook to my TV with my cable, and it would show my notebook on the TV.

    Now I have windows XP and when I connect it my TV won't respond.
    I have installed graphics driver, (ATI), I tried changing its settings but nothing helps.

    Are there any other drivers I need to download?

    Its the same on both sides, and both my notebook and TV have a output for it.

    i believe that only works on windows 7. i still don't get why do u want to downgrade .

    Slightly related: I can connect my lappy to my 55-inch television with an HDMI cable. It's epic.
