    Default Lounge Bodybuilding

    I'v choosen the Bodybuilding (as im quite skinny and cant(dont want) go for powerlifthing and want some bodymass)

    Just for start

    I need a list,list with 3 day routine in a week
    1: that ,that much,that much times
    2: free
    3: that ,that much,that much times
    4: free
    5: that ,that much,that much times

    And IF someone will realy help me,il help myself and with your help il go for a
    Full healthy eating (to help gain some mass)

    I got no time for now,but if i forgot something try to add it!
