I'v choosen the Bodybuilding (as im quite skinny and cant(dont want) go for powerlifthing and want some bodymass)

Full healthy eating (to help gain some mass)
I got no time for now,but if i forgot something try to add it!
I do Kickboxing, and believe me, the training is ****ing intense, we have to do 385 pushups, like this (10, then 15, then 20, then 25, then 30, then 35, then 40, then 45, then 50, then 55, and last 60). And after that, train our abs, then sparring.
And at home I lift weights, 5kg each hand, 2 times every day.
