tbh, it's not as epic as it should be. I "acquired" a KSSN to play this awhile back and went through for maybe 3 weeks. Not that bad, but too slow for a DB game.

North Korea and South Korea are two totally different governments. South Korea has KSSN so they can make sure no one is going against licensing rules when playing mmos and doing other social security things. It's not because they want to blow people up and their government fails (says you).
Stop bashing everything that you have a problem with when it comes to MMOs (second thread I've seen you say something that you have no back up for; won't be surprised if there are more). It just makes you look ignorant and immature.

They have just KSSN, here we have RG, CPF, voter registration... lol!
Usually they ask only CPF, its the important one for economic transactions.
Once a kid asked my CPF so he could complete Ragnarok registration . Lol! I told him to use his mother's. Kids can get their own CPF but they don't have to.
