As much as I dislike street fighting(as in uncontrolled escalated physical violence), I don't see the problem with two guys about the same size doing some no bullshit fighting, even if it is outside a ring.
If they both agreed on fighting, and both are willing to accept the consequences, both physically and legally, then that's it really.
