IAH servers are located in like, New Zealand/Australia
Basically stay away for that if you're in the US or prepare for extreme lag

No, I think it's IAH.
Gravity just released Dragonsaga as the new publisher since THQIce was bad for it. They just now released the Paris update.
I think they're both at the same state or IAH is ahead. Either way, they have a lot of content the US version never had before.
