You wouldnt have gotten a mail for todays start. You might have gotten a mail for the stress test that occurred on saturday, and if you activated your account before the stress test was over, you would be able to test starting sometime today.
From what I see and its only an assumption, it looks like previous testers from before the development shut down a while back and active members of the G&H community are the ones getting the invites.
What I want to know is who is in the CB and who is starting today?
