Dire Help :(

Whenever I plug in my mouse to my Windows 7 laptop it says USB not recognized, even when I restart it, shut it down, or whatever. I read an articile and followed it by running Registry Editor and I even DisabledSelectiveSuspend which was supposed to solve the problem but it didn't Does anyone know what I can do?

(Also, I checked if the mouse worked on other computers/laptops and it does)

I can't play anything without a mouse, much less work qq.

EDIT: As well as that, I uninstalled/re-installed the USB, and that didn't work either

Yeah it is a W7 laptop, and the others aren't, BUT the mouse has been working for awhile. It just randomly started getting that message
