Any Eve Online vets out there? (Need some help)

So basically I've been wanting to play Eve Online forever, and recently found out that you can actually pay your monthly subscription with in-game currency. So first of all, I wanted to know exactly how that worked and how long it would take for me to get to the point where I made enough money to do that.
The next thing I was wondering was if there's anyone out there who would be willing to help me get to this point. (I bought the game today and yeah.. Thx in advance.)

I have played for 2.5 years and still playing it a plex goes for about 350million isk and to be able to do that kind of money you need to do mining or level 4 pve missions or start pirating I would take you at least 3-5month to get to a point where you can get at least so far where you can earn allot of isk if solo playing or you can join a corp that can help you out.

Right now 380mill isk, due to the 'plex for ****stan' influation.

You'd need a battleship with decent skills (both tank, shield, weapons, support and the ship skill itself) at 3-4.
They say on the EvE forums it will take about 3-4 months.
