Sony Vegas question.

I am new to Sony Vegas and I have two videos I want to crop to fit them both on screen at the same time.

I have one set up like this



And I want to be able to slide only the portion over to the left and do the same thing to a second part of the video and slide it to the right.

Is there any way to cut only that part of the video and move it around?
When I try to move around the box it will just span across the whole video image.

So basically I want to crop the portion in the image and move it freely.
