Guild Wars 2 is most likely going to set a new standard for MMORPGs...in my opinion

I think that 3D gaming, kinect, and move are leading up to some revolutionary new way to play games.

This is the reason I dont care for console games at this moment. Developers are more worried about eye candy more than content. Looks at the games that are out now. Majority of them look great, but they lack content that keeps you playing for hours and hours.

As for next gen? I dont really know. Montion based action games where you use peripherals like the Wii has is great. I wouldnt mind seeing some decent MMORPGs where they involve this peripheral. But it may be troublesome.

You walk up to a friend.
You wave just to say hi.
You initiate PvP by b***h slapping him by accident.

a couple of games won't beat the majority of big name developers that still believe graphics > gameplay. A couple of games also won't beat the increasing number of tards out there that believe graphics > gameplay, either.

Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if some new 3d "game" came out that was just one tiny room with the best graphics in the entire world with nothing else to do but look at the prettiness ended up getting a 10/10 by reviewers.
