If you can see the picture you can see my problem I have around 14 trojan viruses and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get rid of them I've tried avg and ad-aware se personal and everytime I rescan my computer they're there again or there multiplying..so I was wondering if anyone could tell me If I can get rid of the viruses and if I can which software should I use im hoping theres free software that can get rid of them but if there isnt ill go out and buy the software so..yeah.. thanks for all your help

make sure you boot up in safe mode before you can virus scan and attempt to delete them.

And if you want a list of good anti-virus programs, look at Saint's topic about that. I'm not sure where it is, but I'll help you look for it.

Oh, and by the way, how did you get all those trojans?

ok i had this problem the other day.........well first as you know, you need to rescan in safe mode......but if that does now work then this is what you can do. you can restore your computer too a past date it was in...ok too get in system restore you first need to pres the start button, all programs, accessories, sysem tools and then system restore. if the virus you have keeps you from doing system restore then try system restore in safe mode.
