    Default Help me, forgot what it's called.

    It was a 2D view game where you designed your own space ship in the editor and then could use it in the game. You controlled your fleet like an RTS.

    It was open source IIRC and it had nice effect's on the weapons and such. You could edit everything like weapon parameters etc.

    Sorry this is a bit vague.

    EDIT: Found the game, it was battleships forever.
