Agreed, but I didn't think the trailer was so bad it got me interested, I was just teasing mrting![]()
didn't Iris prove that you shouldn't judge an entire game based on the company's inability to produce a good trailer?
My problem with the trailer is that it makes the game look so generic: "mine stuff, craft crap, do quests, learn skills."
I mean, it probably will end up being a generic grinder but come on, try to make it stand out.
Reputation: 228There will be a Southeast Asia English server for this as well~ (under different publisher of course)
Reputation: 372I thought it looked quite good actually.
And I prefer trailers like this because it shows what the game actually looks like, instead of some glorified bullshit with rock or trance music that only shows off the flashy end-game skills etc...
Cool music, good graphics, more classes than your average grinder, excellent character customization, cool art-style and setting - Good enough for me.
Of course it's going to be a grinder, but lately what mmorpg isn't(except Guild Wars)?
It just boils down to details anyways, and based on what little information is available this looks at least above average IMO.
Personally I'm a sucker for for all steam/cyber-punk universes, with adult anime-styled characters and big weapons.
