Hi guys ive been trying to create an account on x-fire but i get a message saying "We're sorry, but based on the information you have provided you are ineligible to register."

Does anyone have any idea what im doing wrong the only thing i can think of is because i live in Turkey. the only information i had to give was my e-mail my name date of birth and country

i tried searching the x-fire site for help and tech support but couldn't find anything to solve my problem. I would have used the forums on x-fire to ask advice or help, but i have to register to post anything.

Any help or advice will be much apreciated

Are you 13?

As I doubt it's from being from Turkey.
You also can change your country after you registered, so trying a different country would also work.

1st what makes you think im 13. The problem now is everytime i click on the link to go to create account page the same message appears before i've entered anything into any of the fields. thats why im assuming regional settings may have an effect.

My first atempt in creating an account allowed me to enter information in the fields to sign up, but once i clicked Finish/done (whatever it was to complete the form) the message i explained earlier appeared. Now from the home page when i click on the sign up or register link i am taken straight to the page with the error message before even seeing the page to enter name ect.

What makes me think you're 13 (or younger) is the fact that I've been able to create an account with country as Turkey succesfully.

Whereas as it completely blocks me when I say I'm from Turkey and under 13 years of age.

sorry when you asked if i was 13 i assumed you was trying to insult me :P but no im not that young im 20 years old and entered my birth date correctly. Thanks for helping btw.

Well, use a proxy to bypass the block (deleting cookies don't seem to help), select a random country and registering using that country.

Later on in your settings change the country back to Turkey.
