1st what makes you think im 13. The problem now is everytime i click on the link to go to create account page the same message appears before i've entered anything into any of the fields. thats why im assuming regional settings may have an effect.
My first atempt in creating an account allowed me to enter information in the fields to sign up, but once i clicked Finish/done (whatever it was to complete the form) the message i explained earlier appeared. Now from the home page when i click on the sign up or register link i am taken straight to the page with the error message before even seeing the page to enter name ect.
