Default Computer Still stuck at HP Screen

I've taken out the cmos battery and reseated it along with the hard drive and memory but it's still just stuck at the hp invent screen. I've plugged out all usb cords too. Is it my mobo or is it another piece of hard drive and should i just start plugging stuff out?

Note: There is no BSOD or error messages that pop up

Is that the first screen that pops up? Can you run your computer in safe mode?

You might go to overclockers.co.uk and ask there for help if checking the parts doesn't work.

I should update this but all my effort went into writing this lousy excuse.

Hmm... Do you have a extra Hard drive?? (a empty one or something). You could try using that, and take the one you have in it right now out of your comp.

You may have to do a hard reset I had the same problem a year and a half ago. Ended up having to order a recovery disk and do a hard reset. I hope you have all your stuff backed up.
