graphics card opinion please

I'm looking to buy a new card I don't need omg super duper powerful card here. I like to game but I don't need max setting 24/7.

with that in mind.

Is the 450 fermi a good buy for the price? I found a lot of them on new egg with good to decent reviews for around $109-150, and was wondering if this is a good card for that kinda $$.

That card should be sufficient for your needs. Although depending on your set up it might just bottleneck, although you would really need an old set-up for that to happen.
