I've stumbled across a game which is very similar to one I used to play many years ago but so much better looking and has taken a very different path. The game seems to be in BETA but the download link on the website is empty... I found a link that was posted recently on their forum which is how I downloaded the game myself. This really doesn't make things easy in terms of some fresh blood. I'm not sure if this is a mistake or not, but besides the regulars logging in from time to time there are not many playing at the moment and to have more players finding the game would be awesome!

If you're not an oldskool gamer interested in 2D games etc then this really isn't the MMO for you. It's a very unique 2D game and highly addictive. It's not your big fancy 3D MMO and even though my i7 quadcore can fully support these games I personally seem to enjoy these more. With a large community this game would be heavily focused on quests/guild pvp and is a load of fun (I've played a very similar game for many years but since quit).

Please visit the following links and give it a try. Keep in mind the game is BETA and far from complete but with plenty to do spread across a huge map. The level cap is 50 which apparently takes a very long time to reach. For anyone wondering, I'm not the owner or anything, just a new member hoping to get some others to play with. (I had some problems with installing the game in the beginning, a couple of times it wouldn't connect to server to update but it eventually worked and everything has been fine since so just keep trying if you get the same problem)
