Most people don't realize but PS is one of the most balanced games when it comes to PVP, literally every class has a strength and weakness and having a variety of classes in PVP evens it out. Most people don't see this due to classes being different when it comes to PVE. Basically if you make a weak character starting out, join a party, be useful, once you get to higher level, you'll shine both in PVE and PVP. Also I'm disappointed at how bad Varik has gotten, it was my home nation but now it's changed into something awful and disgusting. ;-;

Generally speaking, I'd say somewhere between 20s-30s is sometimes a good time to feel if a class is good for you or not, Or whenever you jump into a PVP match too. One of those two methods usually work for me anyways.

Just a note fro anyone who hasn't checked the IGN thread: Pandora Saga is currently undergoing maintenance and at latest will be up by 6:00 P.M. PST.
In addition, the maintenance is meant to finally fix the 64-bit issue and people have reported being able to see the login screen so that seems to be a pretty good confirmation that it's working.
On that note, anyone that has been using the workarounds to play it on 64-bit systems should probably get rid of them since I doubt Atlus will tolerate them now that an official fix is available.

way too slow paced and repetitive. so far it was like - speak to quest npc, go kill 5 monsters, return, speak to quest npc, go kill 10 monsters, return, repeat, etc. Just running back and forth to the quest monsters takes a lot more time than actually killing them so most of my time is wasted running back and forth.
i haven't made it to the lvl required to pvp and i've heard that the only zone where open pvp is allowed is not even implemented yet.
so a pvp game without any pvp zones? get the **** out

Just farm Drone ants in Plains/Himurat or Ants outside Brahms tower.
You'll get gems/bottles and mainly Acidic Inchor to sell, just booth your acidic for 300g each, easy to make cash =/

I have no idea how WoW was dragged into this, but I'm proud to say that WoW disgusts me utterly ;9
Also, Pandora Saga is really a ... 'basic' and 'simple' game, you wanna level, you have to make sure you partake in communication actively or start with a group of friends. Instance based games or no, it doesn't make the game much more 'enjoyable' since it'll still be 'grind this xxxxx to level' nonsense all over again.

This game isn't mostly PvP is it? I can enjoy war-zones but I hate being killed in open pk games when I'm so not in the mood to battle.
The last time I tried to play PS was in MY or was it SG server...hmm. A long time ago and I didn't even get far because it got boring fast but hell I'm bored to hell now and I want to play it.

^ Well, there's mostly Nation Wars(which are the main deal imho), as for Open PK, I don't think there's any ; maybe there MIGHT BE if you entered another territory(aside from your own). But then again, I've always stayed in my own Empire and never went to other.
