    Default Check if your PC is Male or Female

    1. Open Notepad
    2. Copy and Paste this. Code: CreateObject("SAPI.SpVoice").Speak"I Love You"
    3. Save it with the extension .vbs
    4. Run it and if you hear a Male voice it's a male and Female voice then it's female

    Windows XP uses a male voice (Microsoft Sam), while Windows Vista and 7 use the female voice (Microsoft Anna).
