Major Content Update on January 19th, 2011

Heroes of Maestia,

January 19th, 2011 is patchday! So, don't make any other plans and stock up on frozen pizza and energy drinks... We're proud to present you with this mega content update.

In order to address potential comments beforehand: This content is scheduled for the long-term and will have no influence on the development of requested changes. For example, this means that the new RvR mode "Protect the Ell" will follow very soon.

For this big update, we will have to shut the server down from 6am - 12pm CET. During this time, all servers will be unavailable.
And here is the highly-anticipated list:

New Content:
- New area: Lacus (day & night mode)
- New instance: Lacus (normal & expert)

- Increasing the level limits to 96

- New mount: Spider (can be found on the Lacus instance)
- New premium item: Auto Looting Scroll
- New premium item: Warp Scroll (Party, Guild, Friends or everything combined)

Addtional Info:

- New filter function for the skills
- The first attack will be revised for all classes
- There will be a cooldown before changing channels
- Boss Monsters are now immune to diverse skills
- Varying messages for connection losses instead of just "Exit Code 0"
- The HP Bar changes color depending on the current HP level.
- Improved water texture
- New hotkey available for illumination
- Additional diverse bug fixes
