Heyy im looking for a Website or Community that is decaited to gaming, Only more on the modding side, that might have software or something to help set my computer up for better gaming, and stuff...im bascaily looking for a good Modding Community

IME of modding, generally each individual game has its own site, since most games are built differently.

Borderlands is real fun to mod. You can even do it on PS3/360.
