Looking for ORPG graphics designer

I am looking for help from a graphics designer to design some figures for an ORPG game I can pay you in percentage of signups that buy credits. We plan to have atleast 10,000 registered users so I can garuntee some nice cash for you soon. The basis of the game is that you are a strip club manager so we would need characters developed. please show me some of your work. You will be credited for the characters and design. We will link to your profile. We plan on doing very intense marketing so this is a great way to promote your work. We will also pay you based on money we obtain during first round signups and purchases
