    Drugs. Video games. Sex.

    But I don't get stressed.

I tend to eat snacks, a good breakfast, excercise a bit, and make note cards. I also have a study group I chill with on skype with some of my classes, and we tend to get a lot of work done and then go out and eat afterwards or something like that. Good way to reinforce material.

    I study more.

Then I relax, try to take my mind off of it. I get a lot of exercise during this period, but always after I'm done studying so I don't tire myself while I'm studying.

Oh right, test stress. Alright, well, I do study of course. Usually that's all I can do. I tell myself that if I've been in class this whole time (half a term, the full term) that I should know the material and not be worrying. And that usually stops me from stressing so I can go have fun.

    Yeah, pretty much that.

Sometimes, though, it turns out that you haven't been taking notes and studying the right way. :{X That's what always gets me stressed out. But if I've done well on all the quizzes and assignments before the test I'm not so concerned.

Have you tried vomiting? I mean, these midterms will decide what you do for the rest of your life, that IS something to be stressed out about.

take breaks every now and then, stretch your legs/arms, and if you live in colder areas, take a step outside and breathe in cold air.. feels good..

    hmm...

from what I remember it's a test that's like 30% or 25% of your score for the end of the 2nd term, same as the finals I suppose.

You already know you're going to take the test whether you're nervous/stressed or not. Might as well be calm about it and study.

It means it only counts as 30% of your final grade; the other 70% of the grade is based on your coursework.

Although at my high school the exams counted as 50% which is why I failed my Science.

I take a shower. It seems to work really well for any situation, because you can just focus on the task at hand.

When I'm waiting for something or worried about something, or whatever...I like to take a shower, then by the time I'm out, I'm closer to that event or whatever I'm worried about has made more progress.

You know, if a guy feels stressed, wouldn't a good **** or sex fix it all up?

    Less than you'd think really.

    At least for me.

Sex maybe, because thats very physical and requires more concentration. But not so much just cranking one out.

You can study and know the material so well that you don't need to stress out. Also take a nap right after you've studied. If you dream about the material that you're studying, apparently you learn it better. If all else fails there are legal pills that work as suppressants which will calm you down and help you think more clearly.
