    Default better sleeping tips

    So everynight, I am always waking up at 2am...4am.. or even 5... Sometimes 2 times a night..

    It's becoming very annoying because I am tired every single day and I don't think this is healthy for my body.

    If I don't have school or work the next day.. I stay asleep until 12 in the afternoon

    I eat healthy, I don't booze.. I excersie...

    Can someone give me some tips.. I can't stand it anymore... should I try rearranging my room?

    I've had sleeping trouble for years. I don't get to bed until around 2:00am and wake up serveral times each night.

    The only things that helped me are prescription sleeping pills (most are short term because they are addict forming) or smoking just a little pot before bed.

    Alot of sleeping pills actually share the same effects as anxiety pills. You're irratibility would be significantly lowered. You'd probably have really realistic dreams, and remember everything from them, but they're tend to be really weird.

    If that doesn't work for you, then try reading a book. Might help you get to sleep, but won't keep you sleeping.

    I'm tthinking it might be my dreams that are keeping me up... :\ Cause I remember them.. they're never pleasant dreams.

    I've been stressing the past little while.. breakup, school ect .. could that be it?

    If I go to bed before 1-2 AM I generally wake up at 1-2 AM and cant go back to sleep until about 5. Sucks really bad when I have stuff to do the next day. I remember I had a really bad case of insomnia recently and got like 1 hour of sleep a night for 2 months. I also find that I sleep better during the day, not because of the light inside but for some reason I guess I find the sun seeping in through the shades to be sort of soothing.

    Usually I just listen to music in headphones until I feel tired, almost always does the trick and takes around 10-20 minutes max.

    You're probably not getting enough zinc and magnesium. Try ZMA supplements.

    Yeah me too >_< I can't use it as a background noise...I do wish I could, because that would eliminate my need to have a fan running all night.

    I might try that rain sound tonight.

    I don't think they help people fall asleep, but they certainly help you keep sleeping once the sun is up.

    I think thats mostly what they're for.

    When i was sleeping next to my pc couples a month agos i was always playing meditation&Healing music from a internet radio.Idk if it actuly heal you or anything but ther no lyrics.

    and i heard somewhere that sleeping on your right sides made you digest better or something like that,does anybody know?
