What does this code work for? Games over X price?

I just get "Your coupon or discount is not valid for the product in your cart." when I try to apply it to the non-collectors ed. version of the game...

And I don't really see much point in getting the collectors. ed as downloadable version since I can't get like the hard-cover novel, steelseries mouse mat, usb key, soundtrack CD, and the rest (like an actual box, et.c.).

Digital download for the normal version sure, but as said the code doesnt seem to work for that... :/

I know for a fact it worked for two of my friends.
Just put the item in your cart and apply the code.

I used the code and it worked on both Collectors and Standard Edition heh
