    Default hardware found sound keeps playing

    This is driving me insane. I keep getting the sound you normally get when you plug a new keyboard or mouse in (dum-dum). No balloon / message pops up or anything it just keeps repeating randomly. I dont know wtf it is.

    Has this happened to anyone here before? ANY info on this would help.

    probably faulty wiring or something. I normally get that as well when stuff is connected but comes on and off. Happens to my logitec dual action all the time.
