Need help with Holy Beast Online TW Registration.

Just like my title says. I need help with the registration. I used a translator for some things, but alot of the required information is stuff like chinese id and stuff like that. It'd be great if you could make an account for me, or if you have one to give it to me if you don't want it. Thanks.
