Lets just say law enforcement uses the internet nowadays and tattoos are an easy way of identifying criminals/suspects.
Tattoos are photographed and put onto your record....and you can't just wipe them off.

It looks alright.
I personally dont think the artist is really decent, he really needs to work on proportions and linework. His facebook page looks - for lack of a better term, shaky.
Looking at some of his works, he just cant do hands or feet - at all.
As for your first, glad you went big.
