Heh go family guy lol. The render's quality is kinda low, the background is a little too random (Looks like you just took different colored brushes and splattered them all over a white bg), and the text doesn't match in color and is kinda choppy (may just be the font though). However, I kno you're fairly new to GIMP so 7/10. PS:I really like the second siggy you have in your signature ^^.
erm to let u ppl know i didn't jsut slap a bunch of brushes on the background i used the render>nature>flame tool and then i had to go throught some more steps then use gradients on the flames i used like 6-8 diff flames behind the monkey(and that evil monkey is from family guy) also bg isn't white i changed color of it to the color of the monkey's shirt then i made it really light

BG: 6.5 [ Its not THAT bad.. but its just that i saw so many better vectors, but i have to say.. i never tried dooing vectors so your better than me with it i GUESS
Render : 8/10 [ You didt not blend it, but thats good in this sig.. although i dislike the trick stroke around it *which was with the render auto. i guess*
