    Default Good gaming laptop?

Can anyone reccomend a decent laptop for gaming? For around 500 - 1000 $

I want something that will last a while and is basically good for gaming. Cheaper is better but I need it to run new games such as battlefield 3. Any suggestions or tips will help

Try and find a laptop with a i5 and Mobility Radeon HD 5650. Never go for a Packard bell or HP, but try to find a Toshiba satellite.

@Cinderboy, it's possible to find a laptop wich you could use for gaming around that price range, a desktop is just better. Laptops have cooling problems...

Like I said, if he finds a laptop with that processor i5 or greater and a ati 5650 in it, he will be able to run all/alot of the games out right now on medium/high. Well I guess all games could be played on high, but there are still some single players and mmo's that will make a big drop in fps, for example FF14.

Don't expect to play game without a place to plug your charger.

Gaming laptops are basically desktops that are easier to carry around, get hot very easily, costs much more and offer less performance.
