Ummm...don't neglect legs, eat a lot, have a rest day after a workout day, don't be in their longer then 1hr 30min. Form is better, so do weight you can do with great form. You'll see better gains with perfect form, and weight you can do, umm yea haha, i wouldn't suggest any cardio if your trying bulk, just do your business in the weight room and bulk up.
