Not usually, no...except Thriller, which is a pop album and made by a black man, and sold well over 110 million copies. The closest selling album, though often estimated at 50 million sales less, is Back in Black by AC/DC...a band made up of white men, making rock music. So, besides the most famous pop musician being black, and the greatest pop album ever (Opinion) being made my a black man, you're right. Besides that..."they" don't do pop.

Besides, everything that is modern popular music, in any sense, all came from blues. Blues was a genre created in the shadow of slavery. Everything "rock" based became established, wrongly, as a "white" thing. So much so that when Beat It became the first racially progressive song on MTV's Top 10, it was seen as a surprise. People were saying Michael Jackson used Eddie Van Halen's rock credibility to break through, when in actual fact, Van Halen is inspired by blues players.

If I cant find them on TV, Radio, by word of mouth, flyers/signs/posters/billboards, (insert other types of advertisement/promotion here), and I have to look really hard or I can barely find them on the internet, they are NOT worth listening to or worth knowing.

1. He went underground by choice because he didn't want to put up with Def Jam, not because he hates majors. That's called doing it for the love. He'd rather be doing it independently than majorly if he can do it how he wants.
2. He signed with Em because, let's face it, that's better than Def Jam. They know that they're gonna have freedom there that they wouldn't have elsewhere. Royce is Em's boy and Em is kissing their asses anyway. They want to get their music out there, but not at the expense of compromise (You know what compromise means? Hope I'm not losing you), so now they can. Hopefully.
3. All this is irrelevant, though. It doesn't prove your point, because you're trolling and you know you don't know what you're talking about. I suspected that was the case, so now I can rest easy knowing you're not so ******ed as to believe what you say, but silly enough to think trolling is STILL cool.
