Either Rift or WoW. Aion is a boring grinder despite its good sides.

WoWs pvp is unbalanced right now but then again, it will never be balanced. HOWEVER its not completely out of wack... all classes have a spec that can pvp well to some extent.

Rifts im not to sure but... with the massive class list im sure balance will be a bit harder to pull off.

WoW is really fun to me so my choice also goes to it.

Aion is removing the nerf on PvP but it's still not worth playing.

Rift Online, haven't PvP'd in this game and neither shall I. The looks of the armor types just make me scringe. Forever a hobo.

    +1
Armors and weapons in RIFT look awful, lvl 50 is the same as lvl 1. Forever a hobo is the right term for their looks. As Sushi said, go for WoW. You won't regret it.

I like the armors in Rift, they seem to not go all out, and it fits the style of the game.

Aion is definetly the worst of them, only thing that holds the game is character designs, and skill designs.. the abbys is so ugly..

I've played Rift to it's current end game in the last beta phase. PvP at the moment is incredibly unbalanced, considering it's release of the game. Every class has the ability to zerg down another in seconds. So it depends on who has the opener. But healers have the ability to withstand a lot of damage, making them pretty beefy to zerg down. Like an Assassin to try to burn down a Warden is pretty hard, since Warden has really good instant burst heals, etc, etc.

With time, the end game pvp will balance itself out. The game just needs more content before it gets really good (just like WoW was when it first came out.) Sadly, Rift won't be at the level @ WoW considering it's a brand new MMO. But I do like Rift! Just wouldn't invest into it right now.

Aion is just a super huge grinder. I wouldn't bother.

I'd go for WoW. Though PVP changes constantly with FOTM classes, you should play a class you think you'll enjoy or you'll never get good at the game. An example are hunters. Before this recent major patch, they were garbage, but the good hunters stayed, and did well. Now that they got buffed, the good hunters are now better and/or amazing because they stuck with their class. FOTM rollers are just crappy. Arena is great, though there are a couple of things that should be fixed, it's still very fun.

Rift/WoW are the best options. Choose your poison.

I'd say go for WoW, Rift will be too imbalanced because of their talents. There is no possible way to balance that thing. o0

Also, good thing that you left those crappy F2P MMO's(more should do it lol).

i played WoW i had a 85 Warrior then i quit cause my friend quit and it was like impossible to find new players to play with or do Arena with because everything is across server And All the Best Raiding Guilds on my realm never needed new people and finding or making a pug is so frustrating but the reason i put it on my list is i sometime still remember the good times playing it and i am not sure if i wanna go back to it or not

.. WoW's PvP isn't recomanded for being balanced either.. it's just "Who's OP this time" like most games are.

Its already been stated its always unbalanced. It will never be balanced unless blizz makes skills have a pvp stat and a pve stat like dungeon fighter does for example.

However with every patch some classes get switched around with being strong and weak. Usually near the middle of an expansion is when things get SOMEWHAT balanced out.

    1) WoW
    2) Aion
    3) Rift

    In that order.

Yeah, I know WoW's PvP is not balanced, but the most balanced was at WotLK from my point of view.
But Rift's PvP will be far more imbalanced.

It doesn't have to be inbalanced, you can just have people with crappy builds.

But, I expect the game to not be balanced like every other game.

WoW armor fits the cartoony style and has a more artistic feel to it than most anything in Rift has.
