It is. Or should be. Though I never knew Gravity started hosting the games with their own company directly.
Edit: Oh they simply made a portal page. That's still good old iRO and ROSE.

the b2p thing was the official p2p server is going f2p and they were saying if u payed for 1 month they were gonna give u till they go f2p with just that one payment so kinda b2p. hope this makes sense. and yes valkyrie is the official free server.

The official Ragnarok Servers are not free until March! You can play on them for a one time fee of $7 right now, though. Valkyrie has always been free, but they have reduced rates and some item penalties.

Wow, I played Valkyrie, and I gotta say the leveling is super slow, and they changed up the world from what I remember. Bummer D:
