    I do not know whether to call this music Irish music since it is about Irish culture and history but in English ( with Irish accent?)

    The Real McKenzies I think are Scottish, but IDK really.

    Most Irish music is in English since most Irish speak English.

    You could try looking up music sung in Gaelic, but it wouldn't be any more or less Irish. Probably more traditional though.
