    Default Real UFO Sighting

If you think UFOs are fake, these videos will change your mind. UFO sightings in Garden Grove, CA in October 2010.

I couldn't find a better collection of this UFO sighting in Garden Grove, CA. Although it says HOAX in the title, that is the opinion of the video poster.

Every single UFO sighting before has been a "REAL UFO SIGHTING OMG."

    EDIT:

I think that there is the potential for life on other planets, you'd be stupid not to see that. I only say the potential because, we as humans, have no evidence to believe otherwise.

In the Milky Way alone (1 of an infinate number of galaxies), there are approx. 200-300 billion stars. In our solar system alone, there are 9 planets orbiting a star. Of those 9 planets, 1 of them meets the requirements to build and sustain life.

The chances of coming accross another planet with life on it is incrediably high. We've already from places that can maintain human life.

You do know that UFO stands for unidentified flying object right?

So technically everything we cannot identify that flies is one of them.

It doesn't divulge any other info nor does it point to aliens or whatever crazy stuff those tinfoil hat people think of.

    I think you mean galaxy.

We are in the outer edge of the Milky Way.

I do find it funny that humans put so much worth over each other.
As if some intelligent lifeforms who have technology that far surpass ours to the point of being looked at as gods would give two sh1ts about them.

Do you constantly look where you step to make sure you don't crush ants?
That's probably how an intelligent life form would view us.

I couldn't of said it any better.
We as a species can't even use more than 10% of our brain power, Even monkey's can use their brains more efficiently.

Yes, but they wouldn't go out of their way to step on us either.

If we're really as useless as ants, I think they'd keep flying by.

Intellegent adults don't burn ants with maginifying glasses for fun.

EDIT: In the Star Ocean series they leave underdeveloped planets to carry on their own course, when they've advanced enough, they are offered a place in some union. Sticking your fingers in underdeveloped planets was a big no no.

i guess it all depends on your personal bullshit quota. how many times can you be blatantly lied to directly to your face without losing faith in someone?

as far as im concerned they lost their credibility longggggg ago, and shit like that is just the icing on the cake.

    lie cake.

Lol, Americans. They exaggerate all the time.
But, there are alien life forms and they probably don't look like we imagine in the movies.

    Here's one good example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlLN_Jcg1pc

Sure you can distrust them but that doesn't mean a made up claim with no evidence becomes true just because whatever the government said was false.

That is a nice fallacious statement.

    The OP is too funny...

Real UFO sighting? You do know that whenever you see something in the sky, that you don't know what is, you're seeing a real UFO(unidentified flying object)?

People who equate UFO with aliens, need to reeducate themselves.

Also, funny that if aliens visit us all the time in their strange spaceships, why are they always recorded with low quality cameras, with no proper visual of the actual ships, and why is that the aliens never leave any physical evidence?

For this all to be true, it would mean that spaceships never appear in front of people with proper recording equipment, and actual camera skills - and that they never land(or just really good at cleaning up their mess), or that some secret organization(s) is keeping a tight lid on every landing that ever occured.

Personally, this "theory" requires a much larger leap of faith, than simply going with "we haven't had visitors yet".

Doesn't even take into account all the implications that actual contact with alien life would have - Like all the strange new bacterias, potential diseases, and so forth that creates from completely different planets are more or less guaranteed to carry(which btw would serve as clinical evidence of visitors).

Also, if some alien species have developed ways to travel across the universe, this means that they must also have discovered energy sources and technology far superior to ours, which means that visiting us would, by almost any standard, be completely without merit for them.

Why would aliens visit earth? What purpose could "just stopping by to anally probe a farmer or two" possible serve such a species?
Or, with the technology to cross galaxies, you'd think they'd be smart enough to not just fly those space-ships in plane sight of humans, float around aimlessly, then fly off.

And again, why would they do that in the first place?

For hundreds of millions of years (before earth even had an atmosphere) the only life on earth was single celled organisms in the ocean.

Eventually in shallow ocean water a photosynthetic bacteria could produce oxygen. That's when life could eventually start spreading. But a couple ice ages take time to get through.

.4 billion years ago was when the first real plants started forming.
4.6 billion years ago, the earth formed.

Building a planet that can sustain life takes a long time.

    @cell
I'm no more afraid of aliens than I am of idiots. I still only believe one of the two are on our planet.

Everyone knows that the "missing link" is due to the fact that aliens visited us and mixed their own DNA with simian DNA, thus creating us.

It's fake, not because aliens don't exist, but because there is no conclusive evidence.

No recorded sighting or story has ever been coupled with indisputable evidence, ever. Like paranormal sightings or experiences, really. It's always photoshopped, edited or something similar. If it's up for debate, it's almost certainly fake. Until it is, without a doubt, confirmed and proven? You should always assume these things are hoaxes.

Assuming so does not mean that you disbelieve in alien life, just these videos.

Lol UFOs, the human mind is fascinating.

I don't think most people can face the fact we are most likely going to spend our time alone on this planet without any extraterrestrial visitors. It's just like how people turn to "Afterlife or God" because they can't fathom that when we die, that's it, finished, gone.

And my point was - That whether or not something is an UFO sighting is based on whether or not the people doing the seeing, know what the object is.

A frisbee can be an UFO. If I see a frisbee in the air and I don't know what it is, then I'm seeing an UFO.

You're trying to tell me, you went out of your way to point out that this is a "true UFO sighting", as if it's somehow significant, still never meant to imply something spooky was going on(yet you betray yourself later by going on about vision etc).

    Fine by me

You think the average person would go "Oh it's just another one of those blue glowing aircrafts moving around really fast in the sky. I bet it could be anything. A drone, a frisbee. A weather balloon. blah blah blah."

You two are like the people who thought the world was flat and the people who believe that UFOs could be from outer space are trying to say that the world is round.

We might not have the technology to chase a UFO down or examine one properly from the sky yet. But maybe we have already and the government is hiding it from us.

I've only called it a UFO because it's something we can't identify. Nothing we normally see in the sky (a blue glowing boomerang shape moving around really fast). It's not hysterical. If we can't identify it then we can safely assume that it might be a UFO from outer space (since it doesn't look human).

Although we don't know for sure that it's from outer space, it doesn't mean we are crazy to say that it could be. If you think beyond Earth, all the different galaxies and stars in space, it's not crazy to say that.

I think this is a matter of being narrow minded or open minded.
More a matter of imaginations running wild, a strong wanting to believe something out of the ordinary is happening.

Some obviously paranoid group of people driving at night spot a police escort going on and instantly become hysteric because they've already jumped to conclusions that deem panic. Helicopters may have also been involved in the escort, and the extremely blurry color-changing light in the sky which was the focus of the video looked an awful lot like a light that would be seen on a helicopter.

Now is it more likely a) a helicopter
or b) an alien hovering over a city

Obviously, those with minds that seek the more exciting, less explainable option will pick the answer that stimulates them.

You may choose either Charmander, Squirtle, or Bulbasaur.
