    "Number 1 hack'n'slash MMO" lol'd

Its not balanced at all. You gets tons of skills, and like 30% of them are usefull. I'll skip and wait for D3.

I've been playing the frogster version of the game which is still in closed beta. The game is pretty good with a lot of ability customization options you can even make wis build warriors(Bloodletters), str build mages(pyromancers) etc. I like it.

I don't know how anyone can tell if there is pvp imbalance because currently there is no formalized pvp aside from dueling, and who cares about dueling anyway?

Although, I can see how gear could cause major imbalance in pvp, if it is ever implemented.

Ok. So what I conclude is that all you do is troll about a game you know nothing and act like you played it for 2 months yet aren't able to give even a small feedback or back up your claims.

    Onrpg, I love thy <3

Did you know portal 2 sucks so hard because it so unbalanced? I mean, I ****ing played it months in secret beta testing but I will not explain why it sucks because throwing out groundless and dumb statements make me look cool.
So you call someone a troll and then seemingly attempt to dismantle any and all attempts they have at giving an opinion that clashes with your own views, which results in you getting angry and then posting a troll face to your own comment with a fake trolling attempt? Sounds like a logical way to persuade the audience that you are the intelligent one in a conversation and he is the troll, yeah..

Also, you needed a comma after "Oh", and the sentence should have been written as such -> I also wasn't aware that punctuation, or grammar in general, was required to be perfect on the Internet.

Also, he did explain why it sucked in his view, so perhaps you should go back and read before attacking the words you obviously skipped over. He feels the skills are not balanced correctly, thus creating a game that is not very fun. He is not writing a review here, he is stating opinions, which is about three times as productive as your contributions to the thread have been.

As for the dispute over the two versions and what it means, as far as I have heard there is no merger between the two versions and Redbana still stands as the publisher for the North American server. Not exactly sure why they are lagging behind Frogster to such an extent, but it does not truly matter because Frogster has attracted a large percentage of the NA community for the current time.

I myself will be trying the European version as well during the open beta phase hopefully, however do not plan to stick with it for too long since I have expectations of being dragged onto the NA server (if Redbana ever steps it up and gets to work..).

When is the OBT for the NA version coming out anyway? The version has been offline for as long as I can remember.

I would definitely be nice to have less ping. One short lag spike will mean insta-death from some bosses. The lag is definitely noticeable when you use blink skills.

Uhm.. Maplestory doesn't have tons of skill unlocked to a single class. At least, it didn't felt like there were 'tons' of it from a single class. @@.

Oh yeah, another major flaw in the game, imo, which I forgot to mention:

The game mostly instanced. You will be spending most of your time in instanced dungeons. The open-world is mainly for running around grabbing quests etc. This is fine with some people who like games like Vindictus or GW1, but I think you don't feel a sense of community in such an instanced game. It feels like a single player game.

Although, you can still hear world chat in instances. Also, if you have friends you can party in instances like in all other instanced games.
