If you purchase a power from the C-Store, how can you use it?

If you purchase a toy, like a Rag from the C-Store, how can you get it out?

Leveling:

What do I get everytime I level?

How do I decide what I want to focus on? For example, if I decide to focus on Mysticism how do I organize things after I do so. And is it really necessary?

How do I get stars?
What are they for?
