    Default What was it called?

What was this religion/believe called where the people would dress like its 1600 or something?

It was in My Name Is Earl, and some other shows, but I forget the name.

That's not a religion, per say. It's associated with a religion, but it's more of a life style.

There's a market I go to get some stuff from them. They have really good Beef Jerky for a decent price.

Yeah, there's an Amish run Meat Market just outside the amish "town" (can't really call it a town because all the houses are separated by like miles due to them all having farms). They have really good meats and hand-made snacks and stuff :O

Not Amish; Mennonite. Amish is just one group of the Mennonites and the only one that "would dress like its [sic] 1600 or something." Sort of.

Anyway, Str1der is right. They're essentially Christians, but they have a doctrine of living simply.

And that is why I included ''believe''.

Wasn't exactly sure if it was a religion or such.
