The Chinese government blocks a lot of stuff, but they do a pretty piss poor job of it. They sell fake DVDs of any show you can think of, so people still get to watch whatever they want.

Well, I can understand a bit as to why they may not want stuff like time travel. Lately, there has been a lot of dramas that distorts a lot of the history in China from the Qing dynasty. Some younger generations watching it are getting their history mixed up etc etc.
